Forty won 1st place in the choreography contest with her dance "Gigolo Masculino".

She placed 1st  in 2009 with "Basilon", 2nd place with "Yes, I'm A Country Man" and 3rd place with "Dance Sista"

In 2006 she placed 1st with Syncopated Kiss (A B Division), 1st place with "Polka Play" (Country Division) 

and 3rd place with "Ain't Nothing You Can Do".
